Turner Woodard announced sponsorship support of the Dale Coyne Racing with RWR team for the 2022 NTT IndyCar Series season. The brand name TurnerWoodard.com will appear on the side mirrors of the #51 Nurtec ODT Honda – Dale Coyne Racing with RWR driven by two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Takuma Sato.
Sato, an ex-Formula 1 racer became the first Japanese driver to win an INDYCAR SERIES race (Long Beach, 2013) and first Japanese winner of the Indy 500. He has won six times in his INDYCAR SERIES career, including the 104th Indianapolis 500 in August 2020 and the 101st Indianapolis 500 in May 2017.
